It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.

Participants are highly recommended to apply for Tourist Visa. If you are a registered delegate* of GSB-2022, you can contact the coordinator to request for the letter of invitation at Email address, however the official invitation letters authorized by organizing committee of GSB-2022 CAN NOT used for your Business Visa application due to Japanese regulations.
