Opening Ceremony
The opening ceremony will be held at 08:30 am, November 15, 2023. Totally 500+ participants will attend the ceremony. Governmental Officers, Leading Scientists, Industrial Leaders will deliver a speech at the opening ceremony and keynote forum.

Welcome Banquet and Performance
Welcome Banquet is the most symbolic social event of this year’s conference. It is our expectation that all the friends present here get to know more about Sapporo including the aspects of economic, science and technology, education, culture and so on. Thus the dishes with ethnic and Sapporo characteristics are prepared. The attendees from all over the world could talk with each other, exchange ideas, get well with others, learn from their failures and look forward to the future in such a relax and warm environment.
