★ Cancellation

a) Registrations cancelled more than 90 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.

b) Registrations cancelled less than 90 but more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.

c) Registrations cancelled less than 60 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

d) Deadline for hotel cancellation September 10, 2021

Note: Refund applicants will afford the service charge for the cancellation caused by their own reasons.
