On behalf of the organizing committee, I am pleased to announce that 2016 China (Shenyang) World Congress of Robotics (WCR-2016), with the theme of Innovation, Transformation, Development, will be held in Shenyang Innovation World, China during August 31-September 2, 2016.

2016 China (Shenyang) World Congress of Robotics (WCR-2016) aims to strengthen the technical and business ties in robotic industries, and provide a stimulating platform for researchers, scientists, engineers and practitioners to present their latest research findings, ideas, developments and applications in all aspects of robotics. After months' preparation by the organizing committee, we are proposing the ambitious and unique program which will feature topics of Bilateral Symposium, Global Policy, Market Trend, Business Development of Robotics Industry, Application and Development of Robots, Robots Manufacture and Security. Moreover, there will be various challenged Project Matchmaking Fair & Overseas Chinese High-level Talents Entrepreneurship Forum and 2nd China Shenyang International Robot Show, as well as the Social Events and Cultural Activities, which we will make it unforgettable and impressed.
