If this event will not be held on time due to force majeure, we will postpone it to next year. The package or registration fee you paid can be transferred to next event directly. If there is any question, please feel free to contact coordinator.

If you cannot attend the conference for some specific reasons, we advise that you can find someone who gets familiar with this paper to replace you to attend or transfer the registration fee for your next time participation.

If you need to get the refund, please send your request for cancellation to Ms. Emma. Kindly be informed of the deadlines below.

a) Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
b) Registrations cancelled less than 60 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
c) Deadline for hotel cancellation May 15, 2021 (No Refund Allowed)

Note: 
Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time.
Refund applicants will afford the service charge for the cancellation caused by their own reasons.
