Opening Ceremony
The opening ceremony will be held at 9:00 am on the first day of the conference. Governmental Regulatory Officers, Leading Scientists, Industrial Leaders in Education will deliver a speech at the opening ceremony.

The Opening Ceremony is included with full registration.

Welcome Banquet
Welcome Banquet is the most symbolic social event of this year’s conference. It is our expectation that all the friends present here get to know more about the conference city including the aspects of economic, science and technology, education, culture and so on. Thus the dishes with ethnic and characteristics will be prepared and provided. The attendees from all over the world could talk with each other, exchange ideas, get to know each other, learn from their failures and look forward to the future in such a relax and warm environment.
