Welcome Message
Dear Friends and Colleagues,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I cordially welcome you to the World Congress of Neurotalk Conference, which is the satellite event of the Annual World DNA Dayy.
NT-2023 will be held during April 25-29, 2023 in the beautiful city of Dalian, China.
Dalian, as one of the most beautiful coastal cities in China, has successfully hosted annual Summer World
Economy Forum-Davos many times correspondingly, which have generated great impact on the development of New
Chinese economy model and beyond. With the increasingly demand on knowledge-based economy for designing and
building “the Great Dalian”, it is also expected to be one of largest ideal conference centers in China with its
nice natural environment, facilities and professional services.
Lastly, we hope you not miss this historical initiation and actively join us with your great passion and
contributions. Hope to see you in Dalian to find more information about the ongoing neuro-based research, so
that together we will succeed in overcoming the major issues of mankind for the betterment of the society as a
whole.
Sincerely Yours,
Dr. Xiaodan Mei
