Registrations cancelled less than 90 but more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.

 

Registration cancelled less than 60 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Deadline for Hotel cancellation: July 20, 2021. After deadline, the cancelled will not be eligible for a refund.

Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time.

Refund applicants will afford the service charge for the cancellation caused by their own reasons.
