On the morning of January 12th, leaders from Guiyang Municipal Organization Department, Investment Support and Promotion Bureau, Foreign Affairs Bureau and Guiyang Talent Office visited BIT Congress, and investigated the Dalian Subdivision of “State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs" and the conference company.
First of all, the president Dr. Mei introduced the composition of the talent pool, selection standards, international talent data analysis and achievements of work which were recognized by the guests. During the conversation, the organizing committee of Guiyang pointed out that Dalian Talent pool has abundant human resources and made remarkable achievements. They hoped that these two cities can build up practical cooperation. From 2019, the two sides will explore effective cooperation models to attract international talents for Guiyang's manufacturing industry and other core industries.
Mr. Wu, deputy director of the Investment and Promotion Bureau, pointed out that Guiyang municipal party committee plenary session proposed that Guiyang should focus on the development vision, adhere to the expansion of opening up the city, revitalize the strong city entity, and widely gather talents. International high-end conferences and exchange activities play the role of building a platform and gathering talents. Guiyang has the only national and international high-end summit in China, which themed on ecological civilization -- Guiyang Eco Forum Global. They hope BIT Congress could take advantage of the international conference resources to promote Guiyang conference industry service, enhance the economy, technology, investment and other development!
