Opening Ceremony
he opening ceremony will be held at 9:00 am, July 17, 2023. World-renowned experts, professors, laboratory principals, project leaders and representatives of well-known enterprises will deliver a speech at the opening ceremony.

Welcome Banquet
Welcome Banquet is the most symbolic social event of this year's conference. It is our expectation that all the friends present here to get to know more about Portugal including the aspects of economy, science and technology, education, culture and so on. Thus the dishes with ethnic and Portugal characteristics are prepared. The attendees from all over the world could talk with each other, exchange ideas, get well with others, learn from their failures and look forward to the future in such a relaxed and warm environment.
