• Registrations cancelled more than 90 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.

• Registrations cancelled less than 90 but more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.

• Registration cancelled less than 60 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund

• Deadline for Hotel cancellation: September 30, 2019

Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time.
Refund applicants will afford the service charge for the cancellation caused by their own reasons.
