Opening Ceremony
The opening ceremony will start from 09:00 AM of the first day of the conference. Governmental Regulatory Officers, Leading Scientists, Industrial Leaders, University Professors will deliver a speech at the opening ceremony.

Welcome Banquet
Welcome Banquet is the most symbolic social event of this year’s conference. It is our expectation that all the friends present here get to know more about the destiny city, including the aspects of economic, science and technology, education, culture and so on. The attendees from all over the world could talk with each other, exchange ideas, get well with others, learn from their failures and look forward to the future in such a relax and warm environment.
