Introduction of Shenyang

Shenyang is a celebrated old city with more than 2,000 years of history, and it is the largest city in Northeast China, as well as the political, economic and cultural center of Liaoning Province. From 2018, Shenyang starts construction of a future city of robots. With investment of more than 5 billion yuan ($722.4 million) from SIASUN Robot and Automation Co, which is based in the city, the future city of robots will focus on planning eight industrial platforms, including an artificial intelligence (AI) incubator platform, a robot incubator platform, an intelligent equipment R&D platform, and a cloud technology intelligent development platform. The future city is expected to develop into a collaborative innovation platform in Northeast China, and a world-class hub of innovative industries.
