Rescheduled Notice

With cases of Covid-19 reaching new heights in the world, some states have to adapt rapidly with their rules and regulations. After seeking advice from the some agency and venue hotel in Amsterdam, also considering the traffic control and epidemic prevention, the committee must admit this July is not a good time for holding an event. So after serious consideration, the organizing committee decides to postpone this meeting to next July at Lisbon, Portugal. Sincerely hope you can understand such a demanded action.

Apart from protecting our participants, rescheduling non-essential gathering and travel also aims to contain the spread of coronavirus disease and protect the health system which will otherwise be overwhelmed. Thank you very much for your understanding in the complex situation.

The Annual World Congress of Orthopaedics (WCORT), initiated from 2014, has been successfully organized in Xi'an, Seoul, Taiyuan and Milan. It has attracted more than 4,000 participants from over 50 countries and regions in the previous five years. Introduction to Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University

The Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University (former Dalian Railroad Hospital) was established in 1907. It is an A-level hospital at top grade with a land area more than 90,000 square metres and a floor space more than 70,000 square metres, integrated with medical serves, teaching and scientific research. It has established wide cooperation and communication with Dalian University, Dalian Medical University and Zunyi Medical University. It undertakes practice tasks for 4 levels of students including master training in 16 majors. Department of Osteo Microsurgery, Oncology, Emergency and Vascular are as the key medical specialized section at top grade in Dalian. So far, the hospital has formed a number of key specialized and featured sections at ministry and bureau levels focusing on the bone section and supported by neurosurgery, common surgery, ophthalmic (children ophthalmic), nerve medicine, circulation medicine and incretion section.
