Opening Ceremony
The opening ceremony will be held at 09:00 am, August 26, 2021. Governmental Regulatory Officers, Leading Scientists, Industrial Leaders in strategic emerging industrial development will deliver a speech at the opening ceremony.
The Opening Ceremony is included with full registration.

Welcome Banquet
Welcome Banquet is the most symbolic social event of this year’s conference. It is our expectation that all the friends present here get to know more about Dalian and China including the aspects of economics, science and technology, education, culture and so on.
