The Annual World Congress of Digestive Disease (WCDD), initiated from 2015, has been successfully organized in Nanjing, China and Fukuoka, Japan in the previous two years. We are so proud to announce that BIT's 3rd Annual World Congress of Digestive Disease (WCDD-2018) will be held on Nov. 30-Dec. 2, 2018 in Rome, Italy.

WCDD is an international event focusing on the core knowledge and major advances in the ever-expanding field of digestive disease including but not limit to Diagnostics and Therapeutics for GI, Liver, Bile and Pancreatic Diseases, Interventional Therapy, Gastroenterological Biology, Digestive System Cancers, Imaging, and Endoscopy, Digestive Health, Nutrition and Disease Prevention. The core purpose is to advance scientific understanding of and to facilitate communication about digestive diseases in order to further their prevention and treatment.

Conference Report of WCDD-2017

BIT's 2nd Annual World Congress of Digestive Disease (WCDD-2017) was held during Dec. 4-6, 2017 in Fukuoka, Japan. More than 150 participants from over 35 countries and regions shared the details of their research during the sections. It was sure to announce it gained a great success and obtained highly focus and extensive attention around the globe. We appreciate the contribution of all the speakers, who have conveyed their latest results in the conference.
As the keynote speakers, Dr. Yu-Jui Yvonne Wan, Professor and Vice Chair of Research, University of California, Davis, USA; Dr. Isaac Raijman, Chief of Gastroenterology, Baylor St. Luke's Hostpital, USA; Dr. Christoph Profanter, Professor and Head, Medical University Innsbruck, Austria; Dr. Naoki Hashimoto, Professor, Kinki University, Japan; Dr. Hideaki Kawabata, Director, Kyoto Okamoto Memorial Hospital, Japan have made excellent presentations and warmly discussed with the audiences at the keynote forum.
