Introduction of Nano - S&T 2014

The 4th Annual World Congress of Nano-S&T is programmed with 10 tracks, this conference is aimed to be a dedicated event for nanoscience and nanotechnology professionals. The program highlights some recent breakthrough stories and successes in this particular field. Over the conference period, you will have opportunities to share information and the best practices on from current research to commercial implementation of new technologies. At the same time, we would explore further communication and collaboration through social activities during the conference.

Academicians Forum

Cooperation is the foundation of innovation and promoting the development of nanotechnology and nanoscience is the driving force of innovation. We believe each academician does not only give a presentation in the conference but also come here for development prospect, therefore the organizing committee of Nano-S&T has arranged a brainstorm forum for our academician and IEEE Fellows, who are seeking cooperation and looking for partnership. The forum will be in the form of panel discussion. We hope this forum would offer an opportunity of one-to-one negotiation and discussion for both foreign and domestic nanotechnology and nanoscience academicians in order to develop your research in the future. And we look forward to seeing you there.

Previous Event Report
  • BIT Congress Inc., 3rd Annual Nano-S&T-2013, held in Xi’an, China, from September 26-28, 2013 has gained great success. A lot of Keynote Speakers and Renowned Speakers from many countries attended this conference.

Many honored guests presented at the opening ceremony including: Dr. Norbert Kroo, Vice-President, Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Hungary; Dr. Lin Li, Professor, University of Manchester, UK; Dr. Tseung-Yuen Tseng, Professor, National Chiao- Tung University, Taiwan; Dr. Danny Xiao, Co-founder, Chairman and CTO, Inframat Corporation, USA; Dr. Kostya Ostrikov, CEO Science Leader & Founding Leader, CSIRO Materials Science and Engineering, Australia, etc.

BIT's Matchmaking Program aims to provide opportunities for the participants from China and the world to have face to face meeting on technical introduction, transfer, purchase, sales, and cooperation.
Depending on the warmly support and good suggestions from all of the participants, we are confident in organizing High-level Overseas Professionals Exchange and Project Matchmaking Fair which would be better and more successful.

Social Events

Opening Ceremony

The opening ceremony will be held at 9:00 am, Oct. 29, 2014. Executives of GO and NGO of Nano Science Organizations, Governmental Regulatory Officers, Leading Scientists, Industrial Leaders in Nano Development will deliver a speech at the opening ceremony.

Welcome Banquet

Welcome Banquet is the most symbolic social event of this year’s conference. It is our expectation that all the friends present here get to know more about Suzhou including the aspects of economic, science and technology, education, culture and so on. Thus the dishes with ethnic and Suzhou characteristics are prepared.
Scenery of QingDao
  • Lying on the south coast of the Shandong Peninsula, Qingdao (Tsingtao) is a city of picturesque red-tiled roofs nestled between green hills and blue sea. The mild climate, the bathing beach, and Mount Laoshan make Qingdao a popular health and holiday resort, particularly in summer when visitors come here in droves for sightseeing and escaping the heat. Qingdao is also an industrial city and a major foreign trade port. Its mineral water, wine, and excellent Tsingtao Beer are world-famous. Among the local arts and crafts, shell carvings are especially popular with tourists.
