On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we wish to invite you to join BIT's 1st Annual World Congress of Greentech which is to be held during Oct. 19-22, 2012 in Guangzhou, China Province, China. This event is the concurrent conference of Low Carbon Earth Summit 2012. The event is currently supported by The Information Center of State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs.

Background
During Oct. 19-26, 2011, Low Carbon Earth Summit 2011 (LCES-2011) was held in Dalian, China. The mayor of Dalian, Wancai Li delivered the welcome speech at the opening ceremony. Honorable leaders and distinguished guests worldwide have come all the way to attend this congress. It attracted in excess of 4000 participants from 58 countries. Concepts
LCES 2012 will continue to provide an alternative platform to other global conferences in related to Clime Change and environment protection. We will focus more on practical perspectives on green economy, promotion of sustainable or renewable energy, and exhibit technical resolutions to solve and predict the existing issues. Through the massive operations on comprehensive topics related low carbon economy and industries, we hope the summit can provide best information exchange channels for all endeavors on low carbon fields who are working in control global climate changes from policy makers, NGO leaders, economists, investors, engineers, scientists, industrial leaders, carbon traders, brokers, clean energy producers, energy consumers, toward daily low carbon life practitioners and advocators etc. Thus, we believe LCES can provide help our society and humanity with unprecedented impacts on the world sustainable development, new economy growth and renewable energy innovation to commercialization

The annual summit has be hot event for every local government, Industries and NGOs in China. More than 10 cities filed applications with BIT Congress for hosting the 2nd Annual. Under careful selections, the organizing committee made final decision to assign the venue to the emerging large city, Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong Province with great potential as the new leader of uprising in Central China. Joint Event with World Clean Energy Conference 2012
After the first annual, the Chairman, Mr. Gustav R. Grob from International Clean Energy Consortium ICEC and ISO/TC203/WG3 Energy Systems Analyses & Statistics reach the organizing committee to request a joint operation with the World Sustainable Energy Conference (www.wsec.ch). The next WSEC will then be coupled with LCES-2012 (Oct 19-22, 2012 in Guangzhou, China) attracting thousands of top international participants. This partnership will make the Low Carbon Earth Summit more exposure opportunities to the international societies in clean energy fields. Your participation in the event will be more visible to the international professional communities.
