During Oct. 19-26, 2011, Low Carbon Earth Summit (LCES-2011) was held in Dalian, China. The theme of the conference is "Leading the Green Economy, Returning to Harmony with Nature". This congress comprised 10 Chapters and 112 sections following the ceremony, including "Low Carbon Economy", "Low Carbon Industries and Carbon Neutral", "Clean Development Mechanisms", "Green Economy", "Clean and Sustainable Energy"…etc. The mayor of Dalian, Wancai Li delivered the welcome speech at the opening ceremony. Honorable leaders and distinguished guests worldwide have come all the way to attend this congress. It attracted in excess of 1000 registrants from 58 countries……
