Notification of cancellations must be sent, in writing, to Ms. Phoebe Zhang at phoebe@lcesummit.com.

Registration, hotel cancelled more than 90 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees. |

Registration, hotel cancelled less than 90 but more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees. |

Registration, hotel cancelled less than 60 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund. Substitutions are welcome at any time. |
